Returns Policy

Our returns policy We want you to be completely happy with your Kurl order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns policy.

Returns window You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

Conditions for return Items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on hair extensions, wigs or hair accessories that have been opened or used.

How to return Email us at orders@kurl.ie with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 working days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Faulty items If you receive a faulty or incorrect item please contact us immediately at orders@kurl.ie and we will arrange a free return and replacement or full refund.
